NJCFW Exhibitor Form

Interested in being an Exhibitor at the NJCFW 2024? Fill out the application below. 

Your application will be reviewed by the NJCFW staff, and you will be notified when your application has been accepted. At that point, the $550 Exhibitor Table fee will be billed. The table fee does not include a ticket to attend NJCFW sessions or meals. New this year: A combination Exhibitor Table and Conference Registration is available for $700. 

All fees must be paid by September 15 in order to secure your table. Unpaid tables after that date will be made available to organizations on the waiting list. 

Please also note the following:

• The Exhibitor Table fee includes one 6-ft table with linens and two chairs. 
• Access to power is not guaranteed unless you specifically request it from conference staff.
• Exhibitors should plan for roughly 600 attendees.
• Exhibitors should have their table set and ready to go by 7:30 am and should plan to remain set until 3:00 pm. More information about load-in/load-out times will be communicated this fall. 
• The $550 Exhibitor Table fee does not include a ticket to attend Conference sessions or meals. If you or your representative would like to attend the opening or closing sessions, breakout sessions, breakfast or lunch, you should purchase the $700 combination Table/Registration Ticket.
